Mindful Living and Meditation for Beginners

In this class, we will learn the many and varied benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation and how daily practice can enhance our lives.

We start with the basics, learning how being mindful of our breath and bodies can calm anxious minds and create a greater sense of well-being. 

We will share guided meditations along with teachings on mindfulness of our emotions and thoughts. We will practice valuable and life-changing techniques for Self Compassion and Self Care.

I invite anyone who wants to focus on self-care and seeks simple, credible, and engaging ways to live more intentionally.

Divorce Recovery Support Group

As most of us know, divorce is still prevalent in our society. The reasons for divorce may be varied, but the effects left behind are often common and shared. Feelings of self-doubt, confusion, anger, fear, and loneliness can linger even many years after the divorce.

Come join us as we share how Mindfulness and Meditation can guide you to a more peaceful space of living.

You will learn new ways to befriend difficult emotions and how to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level with the use of self-compassion training that will lead you to find the laughter, joy, and wonder in life once more!

Coping with Pain & Chronic Illness Support Group

Chronic pain and illness affect up to 50 million people in the United States each year. I know firsthand how debilitating it can be as I often struggle with the pain of Lupus.

In this support group, we will learn how Mindfulness and Meditation coupled with compassion and shared experience can help ease the physical discomfort and emotional exhaustion of chronic pain and illness. 

This is a come as you are, and do what you can class! We offer comfortable seating (no sitting on the floor), soft lighting, and a soothing environment where you can be yourself with others who understand what you are going through.

Programs for Kids Ages 5 to 15

We are passionate about teaching children and young people mindfulness and meditation.

Here at Mindfully Me, we are specifically passionate about teaching children and teenagers mindfulness meditation through interactive programs alongside their peers.

The benefits of this program can include:

  • increased social/emotional learning
  • better focus in school and at home
  • improved communication with peers and family members, and 
  • healthier eating habits, and deeper sleep.

We also strive to provide children with life-changing lessons regarding confidence, and self-acceptance allowing them to grow in their unique abilities and skills.

Self Compassion Workshop

I guide you as a personal growth coach through the process of Mindfulness and Meditation towards a journey of self-compassion.

This is not a therapy of any type.

Rather, it is a process of:

  • Learning more about yourself
  • Learning about the changes you would like to make, and
  • Understanding the support that Mindfulness and Meditation can offer as you embark on the journey to your true self and start to live the life that sets your soul free!
