I’m Amy Hedley, a certified mindfulness meditation instructor, dedicated to guiding individuals through personal growth via mindful living and meditation practices.

What distinguishes my approach are my specialized training and influential mentors. My certification hails from The Greater Good Science Center of Berkeley University and Sounds True. I’ve had the honor of learning from notable figures like Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, along with other esteemed teachers.

Frequently, the answers we seek are already rooted within us. Through mindfulness and meditation, we unveil these solutions.
